Ali will give you a brief introduction into The Emotion Code®, answer your questions, and help you decide if an Emotion Code® session feels like the right next step.

30 Minute Virtual Emotion Code Sessions: $70
Sessions are 30 minutes in length and may be conducted by phone or video call; both options are equally effective for an Emotion Code® session.
If you choose a video session, you will receive a Zoom invitation in your initial booking confirmation email.
If you prefer a phone session, Ali will call you at your scheduled time.
You are welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
Multi-Session Packages
We are excited to offer multi-session packages for a discounted price as it often takes more than one session to fully clear trapped emotions and release the Heart-Wall®.
We suggest beginning with one session to make sure it feels aligned, then continuing with a package to keep the momentum going and support deeper results. Please see the scheduling tab below for pricing.
Packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and are non-transferable.

This is a thoughtful way to offer someone you care about support, space, and the opportunity to release what they may be carrying.
Gift cards are available for one (1) 30-minute Emotion Code® session or a package of three (3) sessions.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with:
A link to review and sign your client agreement
Your Zoom link (if you selected a video session)
Your appointment details
If you selected a phone session, you will receive a call at your scheduled time.
Please complete the client agreement prior to your first session so we can begin with ease.

Yes. Sessions are conducted virtually and can be completed from anywhere within the United States. As long as you have access to a phone or internet connection, we are able to work together.
If you are located outside of the U.S., please reach out prior to booking to confirm availability.

Yes. The Emotion Code® can be done for individuals of all ages.
For those under 18, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required prior to the session.
The child does not need to be physically present during the session. At the beginning, permission will be respectfully requested from their subconscious before proceeding.

Refund Policy:
It is my intention for you to be happy with your session(s). Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing the service(s) at Mindful Vitality LLC, no refunds will be provided. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of the session(s) at any time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session time you will be charged the cost of a full session which is $70 if not paid at time of booking or in the case of your package purchase, one (1) session will be deducted. Your session will be terminated with no refund if you are driving or operating machinery during your session. See terms and conditions upon booking.
Packages and sessions must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Package sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase or they will become void and no outstanding refund is provided. Sessions and packages are non-transferable and are valid only for use by the individual purchaser. In the case of participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian may complete the purchase on behalf of the minor participant. If purchasing for someone else, please purchase the gift card option. Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please see terms and conditions upon booking.
