What is a Trapped Emotion?

A trapped emotion is an energetic build up of a negative emotion that is stored within our body. The emotion can become trapped when we are overwhelmed and unable to process them fully.

What is The Heart-Wall®?

The Heart-Wall® is an energetic build up of trapped emotions around the heart that may lead to an array of negative manifestations both inside the body physically and emotionally.

What is Muscle Testing?

Muscle testing is a technique used to access information from the subconscious mind by observing subtle physical responses to specific questions.

At Mindful Vitality LLC, we approach this work prayerfully, trusting the Holy Spirit to guide each session.

We use a pendulum and proxy testing, which allows sessions to be conducted effectively in a virtual setting.

What is Processing Time?

Processing time is how long it takes for your body (physical and energetic) to remove the energetics of the trapped emotions that were cleared. Once the processing time is complete, you can attend another session.

You might feel:

  • A sense of lightness, as though something has gently lifted

  • Less physical pressure or heaviness in your body

  • Greater calm in situations that once felt triggering

  • An easier ability to connect with others

  • A quiet sense of hope or emotional clarity

Each experience is personal. For many, they feel a sense of freedom and lightness.

One of the benefits of The Emotion Code® method is that very little personal detail needs to be shared. The process does not require you to fully explain past experiences in order to address them.

Ways That We Can Work Together

At Mindful Vitality, we offer virtual Emotion Code® sessions to help you identify and release trapped emotions that may be contributing to patterns, tension, or emotional heaviness. These sessions are designed to support you in feeling lighter and more aligned.

  • If you’re curious but unsure where to begin, this 15 minute call is for you.

    Ali will give you a brief introduction into The Emotion Code®, answer your questions, and help you decide if an Emotion Code® session feels like the right next step.

    Think of it as a gentle starting point.

  • Sessions are 30 minutes in length and may be conducted by phone or video call; both options are equally effective for an Emotion Code® session. Each session is $70.

    If you choose a video session, you will receive a Zoom invitation in your initial booking confirmation email.

    If you prefer a phone session, Ali will call you at your scheduled time.

    You are welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.

  • We would love to offer you package options as it often takes more than one session to clear out trapped emotions and/or one’s Heart-Wall®.

    It is recommended that you have an emotion code® session prior to purchasing the package to ensure that this process is for you. 

    3 sessions for $190: This is a $20 savings!

    5 sessions for $320: This is a $30 savings!

    7 sessions for $450: This is a $40 savings! 

    10 sessions for $640: This is a $60 savings!

    Packages are valid for 1 year.

  • Gift cards are available for one (1) 30-minute Emotion Code® session or a package of three (3) sessions.

    This is a thoughtful way to offer someone you care about support, space, and the opportunity to release what they may be carrying.

    Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, allowing them to schedule when they feel ready.

Your Questions, Answered

  • The cost is $70 per session.

  • As the client, your main role during the session is to hold the intention to release the emotions as well as hold positivity and love. 

    To begin the session, Ali will review The Emotion Code® with you, your session topics and answer any questions you may have. 

    Next, if applicable based on your preference, we will pray together. A moment of silence will then occur. This is time for us to set the intention to release the emotions, take a moment to ground with deep breaths and become fully present in the moment. 

    Ali will then ask permission to connect with you energetically. 

    Then, Ali will begin using The Emotion Code® method to find and release your trapped emotions. You will hear Ali ask a cadence of questions while connected to your subconscious mind. Once the emotion is found that needs to be released, we will release the emotion together using guidance from God, intention and The Governing Meridian. This process will continue until your subconscious lets us know it is time to conclude the session or your session time ends. 

  • We ask that you come with an open mind and hold the intention to release the trapped emotions! Your practitioner will write notes during your session of the emotions released. You will be emailed the list within 48 hours after your session.

  • Before your session, you are welcome to stay hydrated with water and continue your normal daily activities and practices as you feel comfortable. 

    Please have a quiet environment facilitated to attend your emotion code session. The session cannot be completed if you are driving or operating machinery.

  • A few of our favorite things to do after a session at Mindful Vitality are hydrating with water, taking a walk, dancing, epsom salt baths and naps!

  • During parts of your session, Ali will pray silently to God for guidance, discernment, and the complete clearing of trapped emotions.

    If you would like to pray silently as well, you are welcome to do so.

    If you prefer or feel comfortable with prayer out loud, please note this on your intake form or let your practitioner know at the beginning of your session.

The content of the sessions remains confidential and private as outlined in your client agreement. We recognize that this practice can be vulnerable and strive to offer grace, respect and privacy.
