What to expect during your session?

During your session, we will work to uncover what trapped emotions and/or if a Heart-Wall® are present. Prior to your session, we kindly ask for you to choose up to 3 topics of focus for the session and/or decide if you would like to see if a Heart Wall® is present. 

Examples of most common topic ideas for adults are:

  • An emotional experience you have encountered that you can’t quite shake

  • Physical manifestation(s) you are feeling

  • A fear

  • Feeling like something is holding you back

  • General wellness: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional

  • Difficulty connecting with others

  • Goals you want to achieve

The options are plentiful to choose from. Please speak to your practitioner for more guidance if needed.

What is a trapped emotion?

A trapped emotion is an energetic build up of a negative emotion that is stored within our body. The emotion can become trapped when we are overwhelmed and unable to process them fully.

What is The Heart-Wall®?

The Heart-Wall® is an energetic build up of trapped emotions around the heart that may lead to an array of negative manifestations both inside the body physically and emotionally.

How to prepare for your session:

Before your session, you are encouraged to stay hydrated with water. You are welcome to continue your normal daily activities and practices as you feel comfortable. 

Please have a quiet environment facilitated to attend your emotion code session.

Please ensure that you have reliable wifi if you are doing a zoom session.  

The session cannot be completed if you are driving or operating heavy machinery.

What to do after your session:

After your session, you are encouraged to stay hydrated with water. You are welcome to continue your normal daily activities and practices as you feel comfortable.

A few of our favorite things to do after a session at Mindful Vitality LLC are taking a walk, dancing, epsom salt baths and naps!

  • The cost is $70 per session.

  • Each session is booked for 30 minutes.

  • We ask that you come with an open mind and hold the intention to release the trapped emotions. Your practitioner will write notes during your session of the emotions released. You will be emailed the list within 48 hours after your session.

  • The amount of sessions needed is dependent on how many trapped emotions you have related to the topics of your choosing. Often, this requires more than one session.
